Steven O'ConnellSteven is a musculoskeletal and vestibular physiotherapist with over 30 years of clinical experience. Steven has a keen interest in the treatment of balance and dizziness disorders, chronic pain conditions and shoulder pain. Steven has certification in Vestibular Rehabilitation and attended courses run by experts in the fields of neurology from the MAYO Clinic. His goal is to establish Physiocare Seven Hills as a center of excellence in the treatment of balance and dizziness disorders in Western Sydney. Steven believes that educating the client about the nature of their injury and treatment is crucial for recovery. Through this, he has established a reputation for providing the highest quality care for his injured clients. |
John MaJohn completed his physiotherapy degree at Australian Catholic University in 2018. John has extensive experience in treating acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions in both the hospital and private settings. John has completed extensive post-graduate training and is a qualified and credentialed McKenzie Physiotherapist. He has also completed his Vestibular Rehabilitation Competency Course. John has a keen interest in the treatment of back, neck, shoulder, sport and gym-related injuries. He also has an interest in diagnosing and treating dizziness and balance disorders. His goal is to continually provide the highest quality care and most evidence-based treatment to help his patients become pain free through movement! John is fluent in both English and Mandarin. Outside of work, he enjoys remaining active at the gym and plays in weekly basketball competitions. |
Elissa KaretsianEli is our newest receptionist at Physiocare Seven Hills.
She is currently studying for a Bachelor of Psychology at Macquarie University. Outside of work and study, she enjoys the gym, going for walks, and being social with her friends. She is always happy to help out and is ready to welcome you on your next visit!

Hayley BuckleyHayley has been working as a receptionist at Physiocare since 2020. She is currently studying for a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science and will be commencing study to become a physiotherapist in 2022. She has background experience in reception, administration and credit control. Outside of work, she enjoys keeping fit and going to the gym. She also currently plays Division 1 hockey for her club Northern District Strikers. She is always keen for a chat so be sure to say hello on your next visit!

TIM HILL Tim completed his physiotherapy degree at The University of Newcastle in 2021. He brings a youthful enthusiasm to the team and is keen to help you achieve your rehabilitation goals. Away from work he enjoys running, hiking, and most outdoor pursuits.
